You need to make sure that Bluetooth on your mobile device is ON, and that mydlink app is allowed to use Bluetooth. What is more, it has to be Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth 4.0, also called BLE) – please check if your device has Bluetooth 4.0 with the manufacturer of that device.
