How do I block a client device from accessing my home network?

You can use the Block device feature to block client devices, such as child’s smart phone or an unknown device, from connecting to your router’s network. To block or unblock client devices, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Launch the AQUILA PRO AI app and log in with your D-Link account.

Step 2: Tap to choose the Location where the AQUILA PRO AI router you would like to manage is located.

Step 3: Tap to choose the device you would like to configure. Tap Clients from the network.

Step 4: Tap the Block button next to the device you’d like to block. You can tap the Unblock button if you would like the device to connect to the network again.

Note: If the client device has been managed by a Parental Control profile already, the direct block is not achievable.
